Ziangs Pad Thai £12.95 - (Can be Vegan)

Noodles are pan fried with onions, spring onions and bean sprouts, flavoured with garlic, light and dark soy sauce, fresh coriander, peanut and fish sauce. Topped with both Ziangs crispy fried chicken, king prawns and a fried egg, garnished with crushed roasted peanuts and fresh coriander, served with a wedge of lime to be squeezed over the top. - (Prawns Only £14.95)

 

Masam Nasi Goreng £12.45

Masam Nasi Goreng £12.95 - A fried rice dish flavoured with lemon grass, tomato paste, lime leaves, garlic, light soy
sauce, fish sauce, onion, green beans and bean sprouts. Topped with Ziangs crispy fried chicken, king prawns and fried
egg. Garnished with fresh coriander and a wedge of lime. (Prawns Only £14.95)

 

Mee Goreng  £12.50

Yellow noodles are cooked with onions, spring onions, cabbage, green beans and bean sprouts, flavoured with garlic, light and dark soy sauce, topped with Ziangs crispy fried chicken, a fried egg and garnished with dark soy sauce, crispy fried onions and finely chopped chives  
(Vegan-Vegetarian £11.95 Tofu used, egg if requested)

Zta Jang Udon £12.95

Chicken is pan fried with onions, spring onions, cabbage, green beans and bean sprouts, flavoured with Garlic light and dark soy sauce. Topped with Ziangs crispy king prawns a fried egg and garnished with chives and pickled mustard green

Mango Sambal Chicken rice £11.50 - (Can be Vegan)

Ziangs crispy fried chicken is served on a bed of aromatic steamed rice, flavoured with aromatic oil and light soy sauce, served with shredded cucumber and a fried egg, drizzled in Ziangs handmade Mango Sambal (mild chilli sauce). - (With Prawns £11.95)

Crispy Chicken Parcels £5.95 – Large (x2)  Customers favourite

Chicken from our local butcher is seasoned with Chinese herbs and spices, wrapped in pastry and deep fried until golden brown. Served with our famous homemade sweet chilli relish.

Spicy Korean Honey and Gochujang Bites £6.60

Chicken strips are deep fried in Ziangs chicken batter, when browned and crispy, they are coated in a homemade Korean Spicy Gochujang sauce, made from , honey, garlic, gochujang chilli paste, ginger and tomato. served with shredded cucumber and a wedge of lime, Garnished with chilli flakes and sesame seeds.

 

Crispy Chinese Roast Duck Spring rolls £6.65 (x3) 

Chinese roast duck is pan with Chinese spices and water chestnuts, all encased in a thin pastry, which is deep fried until golden brown, served with hoisin sauce.

 

Jumbo veggie roll (x1) £2.95

Filled with rice, shiitake mushrooms, sweetcorn and cabbage are flavoured with Chinese spices and rolled in a thin pastry, deep fried until golden brown and served with Ziangs handmade sweet chilli relish.

 

Satay Chicken skewers (x2) £6.65

Chunks of chicken are marinated in a satay seasoning and deep fried and laid on top of our homemade Ziangs sweet satay peanut sauce, served with a wedge of lime and shredded cucumber.

Satay Tofu (x2) £6.66 

Tofu is deep fried and laid on top of our homemade Ziangs sweet satay peanut sauce, served with a wedge of lime and shredded cucumber.

Yin Tun Dumplings (x4) £6.70 

Wheat pastry is filled with minced chicken and prawns. Flavoured with Chinese chives garlic and Chinese spices which are poached and served with Chinese leaves, garnished with chives, soy sauce and homemade black bean chilli oil.

 

Extras

Thai Prawn Crackers £3.50

These have a higher prawn content compared to the white style prawn crackers with a peppery finish. Served with handmade sweet chilli relish.
