A Malaysian curry, cooked with chicken and king prawns, flavoured with Malaysian spices, shallots, lime leaves, tomatoes, galangal, lemon grass, coriander and coconut milk. Ziangs Pad Thai £13.45 

Noodles are pan fried with onions, spring onions and bean sprouts, flavoured with garlic, light and dark soy sauce, fresh coriander, peanut and fish sauce. Topped with both Ziangs crispy fried chicken, king prawns and a fried egg, garnished with crushed roasted peanuts and fresh coriander, served with a wedge of lime to be squeezed over the top.

Chinese miso is similar to Japanese miso but richer in the yellow soy bean flavour, this is cooked with Udon noodles, garlic, green beans, bean sprouts, cabbage, onions and spring onions, topped with Ziangs fried chicken and king prawns, served with a fried egg and pickled mustard stems, garnished with chives and dark soy sauce

Ziangs Basil Chicken £14.95 

Our take on a popular street food dish. Ziangs crispy fried chicken is cooked with: onion garlic, fish sauce, white pepper and fresh basil, served on a bed of aromatic rice and topped with a drizzled sweet soy sauce reduction, chilli flakes and a fried egg.

Chicken from our local butcher is seasoned with Chinese herbs and spices, wrapped in pastry and deep fried until golden brown. Served with our famous homemade sweet chilli relish.

Spicy Korean Honey and Gochujang Bites £6.65

Chicken strips are deep fried in Ziangs chicken batter, when browned and crispy, they are coated in a homemade Korean Spicy Gochujang sauce, made from , honey, garlic, gochujang chilli paste, ginger and tomato. served with shredded cucumber and a wedge of lime, Garnished with chilli flakes and sesame seeds.

 

Satay Chicken skewers (x2) £6.70

Chunks of chicken are marinated in a satay seasoning and deep fried and laid on top of our homemade Ziangs sweet satay peanut sauce, served with a wedge of lime and shredded cucumber.

Crispy Chinese Roast Duck Spring rolls £6.60 (x3) 

Chinese roast duck is pan with Chinese spices and water chestnuts, all encased in a thin pastry, which is deep fried until golden brown, served with hoisin sauce.

 

Veggie Spring Rolls (x3) £6.20

Filled with cabbage, shitake and chestnut mushrooms, carrot, garlic and Chinese spices wrapped in a thin flaky pastry. Deep fried until golden brown and served with Ziangs handmade sweet chilli relish.

 

Yin Tun Dumplings (x4) £6.70 

Pastry is filled with minced chicken and pork. Flavoured with white pepper, garlic, Chinese spices and oyster sauce. Poached and garnished with chives, soy sauce, crispy fried onion and homemade black bean chilli oil.

 

Thai Prawn Crackers £3.50

These have a higher prawn content compared to the white style prawn crackers with a peppery finish. Served with handmade sweet chilli relish.
