Taught by Chin and his Mum Choo, professional chefs with over 140 years of family chef heritage. Lesson time: Approx. 3 hours You'll learn how to cook Chinese Takeaway food like the takeaways do by people that currently work as chefs and have been chefs all their lives. On the Menu: Chicken in Black Bean with Green and Red Peppers Singapore Fired rice (Chicken and Shrimp) Deep Fried Crispy Wontons Structure of the day: In pairs you'll prepare all the ingredients in the front of the restaurant. Then we'll move into the kitchen, where again in pairs you'll share the cooking duties. When everything is cooked, you'll head back into to the restaurant where you can relax and enjoy your the food you've cooked. After the course you will be emailed a recipe and method list for your future reference. Free tea and coffee and refreshments are provided for the day. The opportunity to purchase soft drinks or alcohol is there too. Although the course is done in pairs, you do not need to book as a pair, 99% book as a single attendee. Any skill level welcome. All equipment and ingredients are provided. Must be over 16 years old to attend - Any one who is under 18 will need a chaperone that is attending the course separately.
